Cancellations

Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.

For monthly rentals, 50% deposit is required.

For weekly rentals, one week deposit is required.

Cancellations more than three months before the rental date – full refund.

Cancellations more than two months – half refund

Less then one month – no refund.

For weekly rentals, cancellations more than one month before the rental date – full refund. After one month – no refund.
